At Demali&RiverCo, we take immense pride in our curated fashion, custom fine jewelry, and master-level services. Because our offerings range from ready-to-wear apparel to bespoke gemstone sourcing, custom dental grillz, and precision repairs, our return and refund guidelines are categorized by product type below.

1. APPAREL & ACCESSORIES (STORE CREDIT ONLY)

We offer a 14-day return window exclusively for ready-to-wear apparel and non-jewelry fashion accessories.

  • Condition Eligibility: To qualify for a return, apparel items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the exact condition received, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
  • Refund Type: Approved apparel returns will be issued Store Credit only for the full purchase amount, minus original shipping costs and a mandatory 10% restocking fee. We do not offer cash or card refunds on apparel.
  • Transit Damages: If your apparel order arrives damaged, you must notify us via email at info.demaliandriverco@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, including your order number and photographic evidence of the damage.

2. LOOSE STONES & BESPOKE SOURCING (FINAL SALE)

All loose stone purchases (Diamonds, Gemstones, Minerals) are strictly Final Sale.

  • Capital Allocation & Irrevocability: Once a stone is sourced through our global wholesale network (including Surat/Mumbai, Antwerp, Ramat Gan, Dubai, and Hong Kong) and payment is processed, capital is immediately disbursed. Consequently, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
  • Sourcing Lead Times: High-value sourcing windows are estimates (typically 4–8 weeks). International trade, vault releases, and customs delays are outside our control and do not constitute grounds for a refund or cancellation.

3. CUSTOM JEWELRY, ENGRAVINGS & ALTERATIONS (FINAL SALE)

Any item created, engraved, resized, or customized specifically for a client is Final Sale.

Design Approval: Once design specs, CAD renders, or custom orders are approved via payment, digital confirmation, or signature, no modifications, cancellations, or refunds will be issued.

  • Sizing Responsibility: Clients are responsible for providing accurate sizing at the time of order. Any resizing required after delivery will incur additional labor and material fees.

4. CUSTOM GRILLZ & DENTAL JEWELRY (FINAL SALE)

Due to strict health, hygiene, and custom-fit regulations, all dental grillz and tooth gem services are strictly Final Sale.

  • No Returns or Fitment Refunds: No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for fitment issues, as fitment relies entirely on the dental model or impression provided by the client.
  • Waiver of Liability: Demali&RiverCo is not liable for dental health, gum irritations, molding hazards, or future tooth destruction. All dental pieces are novelty fashion accessories.

5. REPAIR SERVICES & PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY (FINAL SALE)

All fine jewelry repairs, watch servicing, stone settings, and custom alterations performed by Demali&RiverCo or our trusted third-party master jewelers are Final Sale.

  • Watch Battery Warranty: Tiered watch battery warranties (90-day, 3-year, or Lifetime) cover the battery charge only. Labor and battery costs are non-refundable once service is rendered. We disclaim liability for movement failures or water damage.
  • Inspection & Release: Every piece undergoes rigorous GIA-standard inspection before release. Taking physical possession of the item constitutes final approval of craftsmanship, releasing Demali&RiverCo from subsequent liability regarding stone loss or wear-and-tear damage. We strongly advise securing independent insurance (e.g., Jewelers Mutual).
  • Abandonment & Forfeiture: Items left unclaimed for more than 60 days following completion will be considered abandoned, and all prior payments or deposits will be permanently forfeited; such items may be sold to cover labor and material costs.

6. DIGITAL DOWNLOADS & EVENT DJ SERVICES (FINAL SALE)

  • Digital Files: All digital downloads, music files, and design templates are Final Sale and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized redistribution or commercial sharing is strictly prohibited.
  • DJ Deposits & Cancellations: Booking deposits and event retainers for DJ services are non-refundable and secure your specific event date. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event result in the forfeiture of the full balance. Client forfeits all payments if an event is terminated due to guest/venue issues where the DJ is not at fault.

7. HOW TO INITIATE AN ELIGIBLE APPAREL RETURN

To request a return for an eligible apparel item, please email us at info.demaliandriverco@gmail.com. Do not send items back without prior written approval.
