At Demali&RiverCo, our order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. Please review the timelines below based on the category of your purchase.

1. THE GLOBAL SOURCING PROCESS

Our jewelry and loose stones are not "off-the-shelf" items. To ensure GIA-standard quality and wholesale value, stones are sourced through our elite network of partners across the primary global diamond hubs, including but not limited to:

  • Surat & Mumbai, India
  • Antwerp, Belgium
  • Ramat Gan, Israel
  • Dubai, UAE
  • Hong Kong

Estimated Window: Standard sourcing, inspection, and production typically take 4–8 weeks. By purchasing a bespoke item or loose stone, the client acknowledges that international logistics, vault releases, and customs clearances are outside the control of Demali&RiverCo LLC. Delays within these global trade hubs do not entitle the client to a refund or cancellation.

2. FINAL SALE COMMITMENT (NON-RECOVERABLE FUNDS)

Once an order for a loose stone or custom piece is placed, Demali&RiverCo LLC immediately allocates capital to our wholesale partners to secure your specific diamond or gemstone.

  • Irrevocable Sourcing: Because these funds are paid out immediately to 3rd-party vendors to initiate the export and fabrication process, they are non-recoverable.
  • No Cancellations: We cannot offer refunds or cancellations due to the length of the shipping or sourcing window. By completing your purchase, you agree to the 4–8 week timeframe and acknowledge that the sale is final once capital has been allocated.

3. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)

  • Calculated Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do not offer flat-rate shipping.
  • Security: All orders valued over $500 require an Adult Signature via UPS or FedEx. We cannot waive this for high-value jewelry.
  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship fine jewelry or minerals to P.O. Boxes. If a restricted address is provided, we will contact you for a physical residential or business address.
  • Local Consultations: For clients in the Dallas, TX area, secure local pickup or consultation may be arranged. Liability transfers to the client once physical possession is taken.

4. STUDIO REPAIRS & INBOUND SHIPPING

For clients sending items to our Dallas studio for repair, stone-setting, or grillz fabrication:

  • Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for shipping and fully insuring their jewelry when sending it to Demali&RiverCo LLC. We are not liable for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit to our studio.
  • Packaging: Watches and fragile heirlooms must be shipped in protective hard cases. We are not responsible for crystals cracked or stones loosened during inbound shipping due to inadequate packaging.
  • Return Shipping: Completed repairs will be shipped back to the client using the same signature-required security protocols mentioned in Section 3.

5. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

  • If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info.demaliandriverco@gmail.com with your name and order number.

6. DAMAGES & QUALITY ASSURANCE

Every item undergoes a rigorous GIA-standard quality inspection by our certified specialists before being securely packaged.

  • Damages: If your order arrives damaged, you must email us at info.demaliandriverco@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
  • Returns: For detailed information on what items qualify for a return (Apparel only) versus items that are Final Sale (Jewelry/Stones), please refer to our Refund Policy.

7. DAMAGES & QUALITY ASSURANCE

Every item undergoes a rigorous GIA-standard quality inspection before being securely packaged.

  • Damages: If your order arrives damaged, you must email us at info.demaliandriverco@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
  • Returns: For detailed information on what items qualify for a return (Apparel only) versus items that are Final Sale (Jewelry/Stones/Grillz), please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
