This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy governs all recurring subscriptions, pre-orders, deposits, and delayed-fulfillment services offered through demaliandriver.co by Demali&RiverCo LLC.
1. CONCIERGE JEWELRY CARE SUBSCRIPTIONS
Billing & Renewal: Concierge Jewelry Care subscriptions bill on a recurring monthly or annual basis and automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
Cancellation Window: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your customer account portal or by emailing us at info.demaliandriverco@gmail.com. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your next billing date to prevent being charged for the upcoming cycle.
Non-Refundable Periods: Subscription fees are non-refundable once processed. Unused local cleaning services or tier benefits do not roll over to subsequent billing cycles.
2. BESPOKE SOURCING, CUSTOM JEWELRY & GRILLZ (PRE-ORDERS)
Immediate Capital Allocation: Purchases for custom fine jewelry, bespoke loose stones, and custom dental grillz involve immediate capital allocation to our global wholesale partners and master artisans.
Strict Non-Cancellation: Because work and material procurement begin immediately upon payment, custom pre-orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once production or sourcing has been initiated.
Lead Times: Estimated 4–8 week sourcing windows and production timelines are subject to international trade and transit conditions; delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation.
3. APPAREL PRE-ORDERS & LIMITED DROPS
Pre-Order Windows: Limited-edition apparel or accessory drops purchased on a pre-order basis may be canceled for a full refund only if the cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the pre-order batch is submitted to manufacturing, standard apparel policy applies (store credit only upon delivery).
4. REPAIR SERVICES & DEPOSITS
Intake & Diagnostics: Repair intake fees and initial diagnostic deposits cover master jeweler labor and assessment and are non-refundable once the item has been evaluated or serviced.
Abandonment Clause: Items left unclaimed or unpaid for more than 60 days following repair completion are categorized as abandoned, resulting in total forfeiture of any prior payments or deposits, and may be sold to cover labor and material costs.
5. DJ & EVENT ENTERTAINMENT RETAINERS
Booking Deposits: Retainers and booking deposits for DJ and event entertainment services are strictly non-refundable and serve to lock in your specific event date.
Event Cancellations: Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled event date will result in the forfeiture of the entire contract balance.
