Demali&RiverCo | Return & Refund Policy

At Demali&RiverCo, we take pride in our curated fashion and fine jewelry. Because our work ranges from ready-to-wear apparel to bespoke gemstone sourcing and master-level repairs, our policies are categorized by product type.

1. APPAREL & ACCESSORIES

We offer a 14-day return window for apparel and non-jewelry accessories.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in its original slip and packaging.
  • Refund Type: Approved returns will be issued Store Credit for the full order amount, minus the original shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
  • Damages: In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours at info.demaliandriverco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

2. LOOSE STONES & BESPOKE SOURCING (FINAL SALE)

I, the purchaser, acknowledge that all loose stone purchases (Diamonds, Gemstones, Minerals) are FINAL SALE.

  • Sourcing Commitment: Once a stone is sourced from our global partners and payment is processed, the order cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. This is due to the immediate allocation of wholesale capital and international logistics.
  • Lead Times: High-value stones are sourced globally (including India, Belgium, Israel, and UAE). Lead times are estimates (typically 4–8 weeks); delays in 3rd-party shipping or customs do not entitle the purchaser to a refund.

3. CUSTOM JEWELRY, GRILLZ & ALTERATIONS (FINAL SALE)

Any item created, engraved, resized, or customized specifically for a client is FINAL SALE.

  • Custom Grillz & Dental Jewelry: Due to strict health and hygiene regulations, all dental jewelry is strictly Final Sale. No returns or refunds will be accepted for fitment issues, as fitment is dependent on the dental model provided by the client. Demali&RiverCo is not liable for dental health or future teeth destruction.
  • Design Approval: Once design approval is granted via payment, signature, or digital confirmation, no modifications or refunds will be issued.
  • Sizing: The client is responsible for providing accurate sizing at the time of order. Any resizing required after delivery will incur additional labor and material fees.

4. REPAIR SERVICES & PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY (FINAL SALE)

All jewelry repairs, watch repairs, and battery replacements (performed by Demali&RiverCo or our 3rd-party master jewelers) are Final Sale.

  • Watch Battery Warranty: Our tiered battery warranties (90-day, 3-year, or Lifetime) cover the battery charge only. Labor and battery costs are non-refundable once the service is performed. We are not liable for movement failure or water damage.
  • Quality Check: We perform a rigorous GIA-standard inspection on every piece before release. By taking possession of the item, the customer confirms they have performed their own quality check and approve the craftsmanship.
  • Transfer of Responsibility: Once the customer takes possession, Demali&RiverCo is no longer responsible for the item. This includes, but is not limited to, stone loss or damage due to wear-and-tear.
  • Insurance Recommendation: We strongly advise all clients to secure independent insurance (e.g., Jewelers Mutual) immediately upon purchase or repair completion.

5. DIGITAL DOWNLOADS & SERVICES

  • Digital Files: All digital downloads and music files are Final Sale. Sharing, reselling, or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited and protected by copyright law.
  • DJ Services: Deposits for event music and DJ services are non-refundable but may be applied to a future date at our discretion.

6. HOW TO START A RETURN (APPAREL ONLY)
