APPAREL ONLY - Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy for apparel, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return on apparel.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original slip and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the item is unused and in its original condition and in its original slip and packaging with tags, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info.demaliandriverco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. *DO NOT send back a return order without getting confirmation and approval for your return.

JEWELRY ONLY - Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy for all jewelry, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return on jewelry.

Jewelry that is set with a Diamond stone that is returned within the allotted time will incur a $125 USD restocking fee unless otherwise stated.

Items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Sale items, special orders (which do not include different ring sizes), custom jewelry, and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.

When a certified diamond is purchased and set in jewelry or purchased by itself, an accompanying diamond certificate will accompany the diamond. These certificates cost money to replace, so Demali&RiverCo reasonably requires each diamond certificate to be included with each returned diamond and jewelry. There is a $150 USD replacement fee if the certificates are not included in the return.

  • Returns and exchanges are not allowed on special ordered watches, gift cards, ear piercing earrings, custom designs and protection plan replacement merchandise.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
If the return is accepted, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not during quality inspection. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days from the date of the return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • All refunds are credited to the same tender as the original purchase.
    • Credit and Debit Cards - The same account will be credited.
    • Check - A refund check will be issued from our corporate office and mailed within 21 days. Any returned customer check is subject to a service charge.
    • Cash - When funds are unavailable or cash refund amount is greater than $500, a refund check will be issued from our corporate office and mailed within 21 days.
    • Gift Card - Refunds will be given in the form of a new gift card. Gift cards cannot be returned (except where required by law*).
    • For Online Orders: We will credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges.
