At Demali&RiverCo, our order processing times and atelier workflows are separate from the courier transit times displayed at checkout. Due to the high-value nature of fine jewelry, precious gems, and custom creations, we maintain rigorous security and transit protocols. Please review our comprehensive shipping guidelines below.
1. THE GLOBAL SOURCING PROCESS
Our fine jewelry, loose stones, and bespoke components are meticulously sourced rather than pulled from off-the-shelf inventory. To guarantee GIA-standard quality and elite wholesale value, stones are procured through our trusted network of international partners across primary global diamond hubs, including but not limited to:
Surat & Mumbai, India
Antwerp, Belgium
Ramat Gan, Israel
Dubai, UAE
Hong Kong
Estimated Window: Standard sourcing, gemological inspection, and atelier production typically require 4 to 8 weeks. By purchasing a bespoke item, custom grillz component, or loose stone, the client acknowledges that international logistics, vault releases, and customs clearances operate outside the direct control of Demali&RiverCo LLC. Global trade delays do not constitute grounds for order cancellation or refunds.
2. FINAL SALE & CAPITAL ALLOCATION COMMITMENT
The moment an order for a bespoke piece, loose stone, or custom grillz component is placed, Demali&RiverCo LLC immediately allocates capital to our wholesale partners to secure your specific asset.
Irrevocable Allocation: Because funds are disbursed immediately to third-party vendors to initiate global export and fabrication, all capital allocated is non-recoverable.
Non-Cancellable: Sourcing windows are estimates; international transit variations are inherent to bespoke luxury goods and are final upon purchase.
3. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)
Calculated Rates & Insurance: Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on secure carrier specifications. We do not utilize flat-rate shipping for high-value items.
Adult Signature Requirement: All domestic shipments valued over $500 strictly require an Adult Signature via armored or expedited secure courier (UPS or FedEx). This security measure cannot be waived under any circumstances.
Restricted Addresses: We do not ship fine jewelry, precious minerals, or luxury goods to P.O. Boxes. Orders containing P.O. Box addresses will be paused until a secure residential or commercial address is provided.
Local Hand-Delivery & Consultations: For clients in the Dallas, Texas area, secure local pickup or personal drop-off may be arranged. Legal liability and risk of loss transfer entirely to the client the moment physical possession is transferred. Furthermore, clients located outside our primary local radius may be subject to a bespoke travel or delivery fee.
4. STUDIO REPAIRS, CUSTOMS & INBOUND TRANSIT
For clients shipping items to our Dallas studio for master repairs, stone settings, custom redesigns, or dental grillz impressions:
Client Transit Liability: The client assumes 100% responsibility for shipping costs, secure packaging, and full transit insurance when sending items to Demali&RiverCo LLC. We accept zero liability for items lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit to our studio.
Packaging Mandate: Watches, delicate heirlooms, and fragile components must be shipped in secure, hard-shell protective cases. Demali&RiverCo is not liable for cracked crystals, fractured stones, or loose settings resulting from inadequate inbound packaging.
Return Transit: Completed fine jewelry repairs and custom pieces are shipped back to the client utilizing our strict signature-required security protocols.
5. THIRD-PARTY ARTISANS & DISCRETION
To ensure master-level craftsmanship across complex requests, Demali&RiverCo LLC reserves the absolute right to utilize vetted third-party specialists, master goldsmiths, and specialized trade partners for repairs, stone settings, and custom manufacturing. We are under no obligation to disclose the identity or location of third-party partners to the client.
6. ORDER TRACKING & TRANSIT TIMELINES
Once your package leaves our atelier, you will receive an automated shipping notification complete with secure tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for carrier systems to update. If your insured shipment has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact our concierge immediately at info.demaliandriverco@gmail.com.
7. TRANSIT DAMAGES & QUALITY ASSURANCE
Every fine jewelry piece undergoes a stringent GIA-standard quality inspection by our certified specialists prior to secure packaging.
Transit Damage Protocol: If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, you must notify us via email at info.demaliandriverco@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, including your order number and photographic evidence of the parcel and item condition.
Return Classifications: Apparel items are eligible for store credit under our Refund Policy. All fine jewelry, loose stones, custom pieces, and dental grillz are strictly Final Sale and ineligible for return.
