​Entrust your treasured pieces to absolute authority: all services are personally overseen by Danni Magana, GIA Graduate Diamonds (GD), Applied Jewelry Professional™ (AJP), and Certified Diamontologist. Through our local Concierge Plan, your irreplaceable heirlooms never face the risks of mail-in transit. Every detail is handled with localized, secure precision.

STEP 1: SELECT YOUR EXPERIENCE TIER

​The Gemological Standard for Rotation:

To maintain optimal structural integrity, fine jewelry requires professional deep ultrasonic cleaning, high-pressure steam finishing, and micro-precision prong inspections every 6 months. Furthermore, fine white gold creations typically require full Rhodium plating every 12 to 18 months.

​To prevent over-servicing any single item while keeping your entire vault impeccably maintained year-round, our subscription is intentionally designed for piece rotation. Each billing cycle, you may submit any piece from your collection, provided it conforms to your tier's item limit:

• ​TIER 1: SIGNATURE CARE ($0 — Complimentary)

The essential maintenance package for a single (1) piece of your choice per cycle. Includes deep ultrasonic cleaning, pressurized high-steam finishing, and a micro-precision prong inspection.

Note: Due to the complimentary nature of this baseline tier, clients handle all local drop-off and pickup logistics at our designated boutique location.

• ​TIER 2: THE MASTER ARTISAN ($145 base)

Advanced restoration for a single (1) piece of your choice per cycle. Includes all Tier 1 services, plus professional high-shine polishing to erase surface micro-scratches and full Rhodium replating (for white gold) during every scheduled visit. Includes local pickup and drop-off coordination.

• ​TIER 3: THE VAULT COLLECTIVE ($350 base)

The ultimate multi-piece portfolio manager. Entrust up to three (3) distinct jewelry pieces of your choice per scheduled visit. Includes full Tier 2 service—ultrasonic cleaning, steam finishing, structural inspection, professional polishing, and Rhodium plating—executed simultaneously for all three items. Includes local pickup and drop-off coordination.

​Maintenance Note: Base pricing covers standard cosmetic care. Initial micro-precision inspections will determine if a piece requires structural intervention; cleaning will never be performed on compromised settings. If specialized goldsmithing, laser welding, or complex repairs are required, you will be notified, billed separately, and directed to submit our official website Repair Form.

STEP 2: SELECT YOUR FREQUENCY

​Choose how often your curated maintenance cycle occurs:

​Seasonal Refresh: Every 3 months.

​The Collector’s Edit: Every 2 months.

HOW THE SUBSCRIPTION CYCLES WORK

​Automated Scheduling: Each successful subscription renewal triggers an automated confirmation. This serves as our cue to reach out via text or email to coordinate your upcoming drop-off and pickup window (or Tier 1 drop-off logistics). Remember: you may rotate entirely different pieces into your collection for each new cycle.

​Use-It-or-Lose-It Policy: If communication lapses prevent us from scheduling your service prior to your next subscription payment processing date, that cycle’s allotted service is forfeited and non-refundable.

​TECHNICAL BOUNDARIES & THE GEMSTONE RULE

​To protect our professional equipment and the structural safety of your valuables, strict technical standards apply:

​Eligible Metals: Services are strictly restricted to fine precious metals (Gold, Platinum, and Sterling Silver). Base metals (brass, copper, pewter) and fashion or costume-plated items are excluded.

​The Gemstone Rule: While all fine jewelry is welcome, delicate, organic, or fracture-filled gemstones (such as opals, pearls, emeralds, and tanzanite) cannot safely endure mechanical processing. Danni The Jeweler reserves the absolute right to substitute ultrasonic and high-pressure steam cleaning with specialized, delicate hand-care to safeguard the piece.

OUR LUXURY STANDARD & INSURANCE PROTOCOL

​Comprehensive Documentation: For absolute security, high-resolution before-and-after photographic records are captured for every item prior to the commencement of any care protocol.

​Protect Your Investment: While rigorous secure-handling protocols are maintained, we strongly advise all clients to carry independent jewelry insurance. Demali&RiverCo proudly features Jewelers Mutual® coverage options directly through our platform.

IMPORTANT LOCAL LOGISTICS & TERMS

​Turnaround Time: Please allow a standard 3 to 5 business days for master-level execution. We do not offer rushed, on-demand, or overnight turnarounds.

​Radius Limits: Complimentary pickup and delivery apply exclusively to Tiers 2 and 3 within our immediate local driving radius. A standard delivery fee may apply, or we can coordinate a secure meeting at a designated local landmark.
