​Fine jewelry requires professional rotation—deep ultrasonic cleaning, high-steam finishing, and prong checks every 6 months to preserve structural integrity. Choose your care tier below and let our local white-glove service handle the maintenance.

​Tier 1: Signature Care ($0 — Complimentary)

• ​For 1 piece per cycle. Includes deep ultrasonic cleaning, high-steam finish, and micro-precision prong inspection. (Client handles local drop-off/pickup).

​Tier 2: The Master Artisan ($145 base)

• ​For 1 piece per cycle. Includes Tier 1 care plus high-shine polishing and Rhodium replating for white gold. Includes local pickup & delivery coordination.

​Tier 3: The Vault Collective ($350 base)

• ​For up to 3 pieces per cycle. Includes full Tier 2 care executed simultaneously for three distinct items. Includes local pickup & delivery coordination.​

⚠️ The Inspection & Maintenance Policy:

Base subscription pricing covers standard cosmetic care only and applies exclusively to fine precious metals (Gold, Platinum, and Sterling Silver)—base metals and costume jewelry are strictly excluded. Initial inspections determine if a piece requires structural work; cleaning is never performed on compromised settings. If specialized repairs are required, you will be notified and billed separately before bench work begins. Services operate on a strict use-it-or-lose-it cycle policy: if communication lapses on the client's end prevent us from scheduling your service prior to your next subscription billing date, that cycle’s allotted service is forfeited and non-refundable.
